Long runs for the half marathoners

(By Jacquee)Okee dokee. I'm too lazy to write up the full week schedule right now. If anyone is interested, let me know, and I'll do it this afternoon sometime. The long runs scheduled for the next two weeks are 10 miles this weekend and 12 miles next weekend. Then 13.1 the following weekend. :)

I'm off to beginning kung fu for women. Then, I'll be running in the canyon where Lori Hacking 'disappeared'.
